GoLightly's services are Software-as-a-Service, so we do all of the heavy lifting for you. Our California facility can run without city power for 3 days, and is considered one of the Bay Area’s most prominent points of peering (a significant portion of West Coast traffic). The building is guarded 24/7, and hand-print access verification is required to enter our floor and our server room. For more information see:

GoLightly’s Canadian servers and all client/user data are located in a highly protected co-location facility in Toronto, ON. This facility is home to more than 150 telecommunications companies and is one of North America's most connected buildings with 9 unique fibre-optic networks, 25 diverse entrances, and more than 7,000 strands of fibre. We have a fully redundant network with 99.9% uptime and 24/7 monitoring of each individual client site. We have sent over 50 Million+ emails, send 1.75 Million+ new emails each month, and power 400K+ page views per month.
Our software architecture and network operations procedures treat your member data like gold, as we understand your member information and relationships are the life-blood of your organization. Data backups are stored in separate silos for each client, and your data never leaves our physically protected server room.
We monitor server performance with snapshots every 30 seconds, and if any of our servers have any problems our network team is notified (in some cases paged) immediately.
