GoLightly's member profiles include standard contact fields, tweets, links to Facebook and LinkedIn and up to 99 custom profile fields.

The profile shows recent messages the person has sent, recent forum posts, tags (in the form of a tag cloud), the groups to which the member belongs, as well as a Google Map showing the person’s work address. The profile includes a biography section that has a WYSIWYG editor, permitting each member to show biographical information including photos, video and links to favorite websites.

Each profile comes with its own personal blog (if the administrator chooses to allow personal blogging).

Each member can control what displays in their profile.

GoLightly also highlights people who have added tags to their profile. The community’s most active members are shown at the top of the member directory, and a photo of the member is shown next to all of his or her posts in the community.
