GoLightly is passionately dedicated to customer satisfaction, and provides the technical and customer support to make sure you get the most out of your community website.
Once your community is up and running and your system administrator is trained in using the GoLightly software, typically your organization and its members are able to support one another in usage of the system. Help text is also available to explain system features and functions.
When you sign up for GoLightly, we provide training in both system administration and in how to organize your members in an online community. Training is provided either in person or on conference calls.
Additional customized training and consulting is available to help you build your community, or train your members at conferences.
Administrator training includes:

- Use of system administration tools
- Managing addresses
- Editing site content
- Reporting
- Configuring system functions
- Starting and managing workgroups
GoLightly's membership-building training will teach you how to:
- Encourage engagement in an online community
- Avoid mistakes that discourage members from engaging
- Use your community to organize members
- Stimulate group formation and activity
- Enlist members in helping with community management
GoLightly also has an extensive online help system that answers members' questions about how to use the many features of our software.
