How about a feature to be able to chat with others online?

Hi Stephanie - we have had this request from a few of our clients now so we are looking into how we could best implement this.
Is there a specific place in the site that you would like to see this? Or how would you see it working best ?

Maybe include a chat link near the place where it shows you how many people are online, or a window near the bottom of the page, kind of like Facebook, where you can chat with someone if you see they are online.
