Francis - If you add people to the group from a csv file by email address, then the moderators will not get an email notification.

I think we have a little misunderstanding.
So what I am asking is that if I can assign a community member as a moderator without sending them an email notification. |

I don't believe that you can turn off this notification, but I'm not sure why you wouldn't want it ?
