There could be two reasons for why an update is not reflecting in your community.
First, the updates from iMIS to your community are batched and will not reflect immediately. The bridge updates frequently throughout the day. If you would like it to update on a particular schedule, please contact support@golightly.com.
You can force an update at any time by searching for the group and then click the 'edit group settings' link. Near the bottom of this page there is an option called 'View iMIS Group Synchronization Status & Settings Page'. After clicking that link, the next step is to click the option 'Update group membership from iMIS now', which will allow you to update the social network group from the iMIS database.
The second possibility is you have the member locked to override the bridge.
To allow iMIS to remove a locked member from your group, uncheck the 'Lock Membership' option (see above image). Then follow the steps above to get to the 'Update group membership from iMIS now' link. After the user is unlocked and the database updated, the user will be deleted from the group.
