Under "Admin Tools" in the left navigation you will see "User Activity". If you click this link you will find links to the reports that show user activity. One of these options is "Monthly Overview".
These are the fields captured in the Monthly Overview report:

Hi Theresa,
Engaged users are users that have been active in the community during the period that you are looking at. |

From what I understand, "engaged users" includes members who have received emails from the member community but may not actually have logged in for that time perioed. Is this right?

That is correct Pam. The "engaged users" column also includes people who have received an email from any group. You can look at the report for each month to find who has visited the website using these values:
If you need to find out how many people have visited the website in a particular month (or visited any particular area), you can "Export to CSV" file on the "Monthly Overview" page and see how many visited the website in the export file. |

Is there a way to find out how many new users have logged/accessed website?
Also if I want to find out how many total active participants (unique participants) I have on the website, how can I find out? For now, I have taken all my monthly stats from the CSV file and combined all the iMIS ID's and GL ID's and did a pivot table to find out unique users to the website. Is there a better way to find out this information? Is there a possiblity to add Month/Year in the actual export files (not only in the file name)? Amit |

Is there any way to currently access other actions besides Views? So, not only "Viewed the Library" but if you Added to the Library? Or not just viewed a profile, but updated it?
If there is no way currently, is there any plan to track this in the future? |
