Hello! I have been able to edit the question/description for custom profile fields but I'm unsure how to change a 'picklist' value. Adding new ones seems simple enough, but how to I delete or edit a current value?
Thanks, Jen |

Hi Jennifer - thanks again for all these great questions - could you clarify what you are trying to do here? Thanks.

Hello Laura!
We have a custom profile question under 'Additional Profile Information' that is 'What is your Primary Industry?' in the profile there are a list of items for users to check off to choose as their industry. I'd like to change the name of one of these selections. In the Admin selections I can reach these questions under 'Manage Members' and then 'Custom Profile Fields'. From here I can add new questions or edit the existing ones. I already successfully changed the wording of one question but I can't figure out how to change the multiple choice selections. The 'type' of question is listed as 'picklist', if that is helpful. Thanks, as always, Jen |

If you want to change 'Case Management' in the Industry selection, to 'Test' - you would go to Edit Custom Field 'Industry'. Then Turn Edit Links On and you can change the wording in both the list of Possible Values, and in the 'Default Value' list.

Ah, ha! I wasn't thinking of using the 'turn edit links on' function. That is what I was missing.
Thanks, Laura! |
