Using the Community Directory

The Community Directory, found under the People tab at the top of each page, is your key to making new contacts, finding old friends, and learning about Members. You can view the entire membership of the Community Network by first name, last name or date joined by clicking the text in the header at the top of each listing. Click a letter of the alphabet to see Members whose names (first or last, depending on how you sorted) begin with that letter.

You can send an email message to a Members directly from her listing in the Community Directory, by clicking the email link at the far right of each entry. Or, you can click her name, view her profile, and send an email message from there. (See How can I email a fellow Community Network member?)

• How can I find someone on the Community Network? explains how to use the Search function to help you find a fellow member.
• I want to find a member with a certain area of expertise or experience is a Help file that directs you to the All People feature to narrow a search.
• How does advanced searching of the entire site work[new page]? also helps you fine-tune an attempt to locate a Community Network Member with certain characteristics.
